This circle series offers space to more deeply explore the many dimensions of life, identity, relationships, and the experience of womanhood in its many forms. Through guided art-making, reflection, community, and connection to self, individuals are supported in slowing down, expressing themselves creatively, and feeling less alone in what they are carrying.

This is a closed group, meaning the same group of women will meet weekly for 8 weeks in my safe, nurturing, and supportive space in Bedford Hills. Open to women of all ages and life stages, with this current Thursday morning circle spanning women in their 30s through 70s. This series is for women seeking growth, connection, creativity, and deeper self-understanding. Absolutely no art experience is necessary.
