Therapists in Process

As therapists, we spend a great deal of time holding space for others. This six-week group offers a place for therapists to feel supported and to explore our own experiences with the work.

Through art, IFS, somatics, and group process, we will slow things down and get curious about what comes up: the clients who stay with us, where we feel stuck, and the places where we meet our own edges.

There is room to share our own process, learn from one another, and be witnessed by other therapists who understand the complexity of this work. Creating art in the therapeutic space offers a new perspective, allowing us to move beyond thinking and words and connect with the more intuitive and unspoken parts of ourselves.
