Therapists in Process

As therapists, we spend so much of our time holding space for others. This 6-week group offers a space for us to feel supported and explore our own experience within the work.

Through art, IFS, somatics, and group process, we’ll slow things down and get curious about what comes up in the work: the clients who stay with us, the places we feel stuck, and what might need some more attention.

There is room to share our own process, learn from one another, and be witnessed by other therapists who understand the complexity of this work. Creating together offers another way in, allowing us to move beyond thinking and words and connect with the more intuitive and unspoken parts of ourselves.

This is not a supervision group. While client work may be part of what we bring into the room, the focus is on us as therapists:…
