As therapists, we spend so much of our time holding space for others. This circle offers a place for us, too. A place to feel supported in the work and make room for what comes up along the way.

This 6-week circle is an opportunity to explore the many layers of the work we do and how we experience ourselves within it. The clients who stay with us. The places we feel stuck. The moments that activate something in us. And our own parts that inevitably come into the room.

Through creative exploration, IFS, reflection, and group process, we’ll slow things down and get curious about what we’re holding and what might need some attention. There is room to share our own experiences, witness one another, and be witnessed by other therapists who understand the complexity…
