The struggle to balance self-care and motherhood is REAL.

Mom’s Night Out Art Circle gives you the opportunity to nurture your creative self with other women who want to explore their own creativity to foster personal growth and self-expression through guided art-making. Absolutely no previous art experience is necessary to enjoy the benefits of this circle. 

Mika is a mom of two young children and an Art Therapist and Psychotherapist in private practice. “Recognizing myself as an individual separate from being a mother has been challenging; making (taking) time for myself is even harder.” The Moms Night Out Art Circle gives mothers the opportunity to focus on their own self-care as well as the freedom to foster their personal identity in a fun, supportive environment, which in turn, manifests benefits in all aspects of their lives.

She has a graduate degree from Pratt Institute, is a licensed, board certified Art Therapist and is a certified specialist in child development. She has worked with children, young adults and their families for over 12 years in pediatric hospitals, hospice, and the New York City public school system.

Currently in private practice, specializing in loss.  She facilitates women’s circles that focus on self-care and identity after motherhood.
