This Women's Art Circle gives you the opportunity to nurture your creative self with other women who want to explore their own creativity to foster personal growth and self-expression through guided art-making. Absolutely no previous art experience is necessary to enjoy the benefits of this circle. This circle is an opportunity to focus on your own self-care as well as the freedom to foster personal identity in a fun, supportive environment, which in turn, manifests benefits in all aspects of your life.

Mika has a graduate degree from Pratt Institute, is a licensed, board certified Art Therapist and is a certified specialist in child development. She has worked with children, young adults and their families for over 12 years in pediatric hospitals, hospice, and the New York City public school system.

Currently in private practice, specializing in loss. She facilitates women’s circles that focus on self-care and identity.
