This group will give women the opportunity to foster their personal growth and creative selves through guided art-making. Art therapy with the community of circle, is a conduit for healing and for providing a means of connecting to unspoken aspects of ourselves on a more visceral level. 

This group meets in my safe, nurturing, and supportive space in Bedford Hills. This circle series is for women at any stage or transition in life with a desire to evolve and understand themselves more deeply. Absolutely NO previous art experience is necessary to enjoy the benefits of this circle series.

Mika is a skilled clinician with sixteen years of experience, she holds a graduate degree from Pratt Institute and is a licensed Art Therapist. In her private practice, she works with women who have experienced loss, bereavement, and loss of identity and sense of self on their journey through motherhood.
